Would you like to explore different cultures and examine social problems around the world as a global citizen?  Then, the film society is just for you. In this club, we will dig into the social and cultural issues in Germany, Poland, India, Haiti, Nepal, Ethiopia, India, Egypt, Peru, Cambodia, Sierra Leone, and Afghanistan by watching three different movies:

• The boy in the striped pajamas (2008)
• The White Tiger (2021)
• Girls Rising (2013) 

 As a part of this course, you are expected to identify a social or cultural problem from your home country and shoot a short film / make a podcast in order to raise awareness of the issue.
